Choucroute, the French version of sauerkraut, stands in its own league thanks to its delicate seasoning and slow cooking. This mix of choucroute and vegetables can be complemented with the usual cuts of pork (see our recipe) but it will also a healthy delight on its own. Cook with 1/2 glass of water over low heat. Serve hot.

Ingredients: sauerkraut (cabbage salt),zucchini, carrot, red pepper, onion, smoked pork 1% (pork breast, water, salt, preservative E250, stabilizer E450, antioxidant E300, E392, smoky aroma, smoke), olive oil, goose fat 1%, lemon, poultry stock, garlic, thyme, black pepper, coriander, curry powder. Must be refrigerated after opening and consumed within 3 days.
